Walmart implementa Service CloudService Cloud: Streamlining Supplier Onboarding and Management

With the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Walmart will standardize its supplier onboarding processes across all categories (e-commerce, internal, merchandise, etc.). This will provide a new level of digital internal control and visibility.

The project encompasses all of Walmart’s operations in Mexico and Central America and will significantly optimize the timeframes of current processes. This will translate into improved supplier relationships and increased productivity.
