In addition, a drone show captivated the audience by forming the avatars of Agentsforce and the Dreamforce logo, demonstrating the perfect fusion between creativity and technology.

At Moscone South, Content Pavilion, Stage 8, Absalón Pavón, IT Director of Dole Fresh Fruit Co., and Devin Kunysz from Salesforce participated in the session “Plan and Forecast More Effectively with Consumer Goods.” In this session, Pavón shared with attendees how the implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and MuleSoft, carried out by Freeway Consulting, has allowed Dole to radically transform its planning and forecasting process by consolidating all its information into a single reliable source, allowing teams to work in a more coordinated and effective manner.

This new structure has not only optimized their workflows but has also eliminated many of the previous problems, such as data duplication and information inconsistencies. In addition, the implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud has allowed Dole to more accurately predict the demand for its products, which translates into a greater ability to respond to market needs.
